Aluminum Alloy Shell Surface Processing Technology
Aluminum alloy has the characteristics of light weight, good heat dissipation, easy processing and excellent corrosion resistance, so aluminum alloy products are widely used. Many of the outer shells of the products are made of aluminum alloy, and most of the aluminum alloy shells are obtained by secondary processing of aluminum alloy sheets. In large-scale production, the processing of the aluminum alloy shells is mainly stamping.
Common aluminum alloy shell surface processing techniques include: sandblasting, polishing, baking, drawing and anodizing.
1. Sand blasting: The process of cleaning and roughening the surface of the substrate by the impact of high velocity sand flow. Compressed air is used to generate a high-speed jet beam to spray the spray onto the surface of the workpiece to be treated, so that the appearance or shape of the outer surface of the workpiece surface changes. The surface of the workpiece is affected by the impact of the abrasive on the surface of the workpiece and the cutting action. Get a certain degree of cleanliness and different roughness.
2. Polishing: Now commonly used polishing methods are mechanical polishing, chemical polishing and electrolytic polishing. Mechanical polishing is a method of smoothing the surface of the aluminum alloy shell by high-speed rotation of the grinding tool; chemical polishing and electrolytic polishing are methods of using a special polishing liquid to chemically act on the surface of the aluminum alloy shell to obtain a smooth surface.
3. Baking varnish: aint into two categories, a class of low temperature paint curing temperature of 140degrees c-180 C, another is called high temperature baking, the curing temperature is280 degrees c-400 degrees c.
4. Drawing: Wire drawing is a kind of surface treatment method that moves the surface of the aluminum alloy shell to form a line pattern, which plays a decorative effect. The brushed aluminum alloy shell can better reflect the metal texture of the material.
5. Anodizing: The process of forming an aluminum oxide film on the surface of an aluminum alloy shell by electrolysis using an aluminum alloy shell as an anode and placing it in an electrolyte solution for electric current treatment is called anodizing. Alumina film has good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, which can provide better protection for aluminum alloy casing. The whole working sequence of anodizing is: hanging - chemical degreasing - hot water cleaning - cleaning - sulfuric acid neutralization - cleaning - chemical polishing - cleaning - light output - - Cleaning - Anodizing - Cleaning - Coloring - Sealing - Cleaning - Drying - Hanging - Checking.
