1, Anodized Oxidation Aluminum Profile

Anodizing is a process in which aluminum and its alloys form a dense oxide film on aluminum products (anodes) under the action of applied current under the corresponding electrolyte and specific technological conditions. 3.Extrusion Aluminum Profile

Aluminum extrusion molding is a plastic processing method to apply strong pressure to the metal blank placed in the die cavity (or extrusion cylinder), forcing the metal blank to produce directional plastic deformation and extruding from the die hole of the extrusion die, so as to obtain the required section shape, size and mechanical properties of the parts or semi-finished products.

At a certain temperature, the completely melted plastic material is stirred by screw and injected into the mold cavity with high pressure. After cooling and curing, the molding product is obtained.

6.Machining

Lathe is a machine tool that mainly uses turning tool to turn rotating workpiece. Drill bit, reaming drill, reamer, tap, plate tooth and hulling tool can also be used on the lathe.
